David Cawley has more than 30 years of experience in energy efficiency and renewable energy. His experience includes residential and small commercial energy analysis, contract management for building improvements, energy efficiency program design and analysis, program implementation management, and senior management. He has been with VEIC for 21 years and contributed to the founding of Efficiency Vermont for which he is currently responsible for overall operations. David’s management experience includes strategic planning, contract management, quality management for high performance, development of information systems and key account approaches to business development for efficiency programs.
